We've overhauled our franchise fee structure to make our opportunity even more accessible to a wide range of builders. 

The total franchise cost is £15,000 plus VAT, and includes:

• Initial Induction training to hit the ground running
• On-site support when your business launches
• A full marketing campaign including digital and local marketing
• Access Loft Conversion branding and uniform
• Vehicle liveries and sign-writing
• Website and E-mail Setup

In return for the Franchise fee, you'll launch your franchise with the benefit of our full training programme, comprehensive on-going support, branding to make a lasting impression, marketing to get you work and back-office functions to help you concentrate on what you do best.

Your franchise agreement is for a 10 year term, 6 month before expiry you will receive an option to renew.

Yes, we have a full, comprehensive Franchise Agreement. In addition, we always recommend that you take independent legal advice.

As we are a proven franchise business who work with BFA affiliated companies such as Franchise Finance, who understand our business model, they will work with you to create your personalised business plan, to which once agreed they will on your behalf support you in raising finance if required. Franchise finance will work with leading finance providers to assist franchisees with up to 70% of the total outlay.

You will partake in a full brand induction, on-going business support, initially you will be appointed a mentor (who is an existing franchisee) to support you, as an immediate contact. On-going training will be offered in management, customer service, product knowledge etc.

We have approved accountants, Total Tax Solutions, that take care of the day to day management of book keeping, VAT, CIS schemes and end of year accounts.

At any time you can sell your business, obviously to have to protect the brand therefore we have to approve any purchaser, we will work with you to maximise the business true value.

As the client enters directly into a contract with ALC, then there are no on-going costs, we simply take off 23% of the project costs and pay directly to the franchisee the remainder.

As we work with some of the largest building suppliers we have exclusive rates for ALC franchisees.

A single van franchisee carrying out 1 or 2 jobs per month can make about £70,000 per year (Drawings and pre-tax profit). Some of our larger franchisees run 4 and 5 van teams. We have a detailed financial model that we will share with you during the recruitment process.
